30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Include proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, opened or worn socks cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective
  • Incorrect

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a replacement or cover return shipping costs when applicable.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or style, the fastest option is to:

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
