Shipping Policy

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees added after purchase.

How we fulfill orders

Bamboo Socks Direct works with partner suppliers and fulfillment centers. Most orders ship directly from our supplier's facilities, which may be located outside the United States. Our team in Atlanta, Georgia handles all customer service, order tracking, and returns.

Processing (handling) time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed starting the next business day.

Delivery times

  • United States: 7–15 business days in transit after shipping, for a total of about 9–20 business days from order to delivery.
  • International: 7–15 business days in transit after shipping, for a total of about 9–20 business days. Customs processing can add time.

These are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, and customs inspections can occasionally cause longer delivery times. If your order is for a specific date or event, please order early.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show updates.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us right away if you need a correction; we can't change the address after an order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 or more days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages the carrier marks as delivered to the address provided.
